Acceptable Location, Several Service Issues
ignored requests inconsistent policy
The location was convenient, offering easy access to the CBD attractions.
I found the service lacking on multiple fronts. Requests I made for different pillows and an additional sheet were ignored, and I ended up making my own bed. When I asked for dishwashing liquid for baby bottles, a staff member delivered it, but I received a call later that this was against hotel policy -.

Convenient Location and Great Amenities
convenient location helpful staff accessible train
I appreciated the location being close to the train and light rail station. This made getting around easy. The hotel is above Westfield and Myer. The pool and gym provided good options for relaxation and exercise. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

polite concierge helpful doorman
the location provides easy access to trams and shops. i found having a choice of pillows very good. the concierge staff were helpful and polite. the doorman were also helpful too.
the gym has only one treadmill and one stationary bike.

great location lovely pool good breakfast
i appreciate the excellent location near the qvb and public transport. amenities included a lovely pool, gym, and a cocktail bar. jacob and aj at the bar were professional, and nicole and rebecca offered helpful local tips. the breakfast had a good selection and the room service was prompt.
the bathtub required additional cleaning before use.
